Atiku's reply to those clamoring for decrease in utme cut off marks

A student on Twitter was asking that Our new president elect should pity students and reduce the cut off marks for entry into our various institutions.

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar was apt to reply and pointed out that instead of reducing cut off marks, the new government will do well to improve the standard of education In Nigeria.

On Nairaland.com an observer noted that the guy who was pleading for lower cut off marks for UTME was from the North stating that the North was lacking in educational standards. Another quickly dispensed the notion by pointing out the fact that Atiku who gave the swift reply is also from the Northern part of  Nigeria.

We are hoping that Buhari will do a Good job of restoring the fallen educational standard of our Great Country Nigeria.

Meanwhile, cut off marks for University of Ilorin will soon be out.
