With the current trend of things, I'll like to discuss the problems common and trendy currently during the registration exercise and how to combat it.
1- Making payment.
Making of the payment have been made easy through the initiative of Interswitch online payment made available by Unilorin. If you're having problems with it, then maybe you entered the wrong details- try and check it out. Also, note that
-you can't make payment before submitting your O'levels results.
- If you've done the change of Course, the fees you're now paying will be #4060. So make sure you have enough in your account.
- The CVV2 is the 3 digits at the other side of your mastercard, and the last three digits at the back of your Verve card.
- Do not reload the payments page- it'll eventually pay more than once and I don't think it's refundable. So be careful.
- If you are about paying and you see another person's record instead of yours, log out first and log in again. Make sure you keep your password very well or if you've lost it, use the Recovery space on the right of the login area on the website portal.
- You can do the payment on the phone in the mid night on opera mini. It's easy, wherever you see- please wait- just wait and reload the page after few seconds. The server is generally fast in the night.
2- Scheduling problem.
The scheduling problem is not actually a problem. When you've finished payment, just wait for 24 hours before going for scheduling. That's when your records will have been submitted by unilorin. If it doesn't work by then, that means you should check your unique Id again. Or better still check on the Unilorin website where you checked for the first details, below the instructions, there's a new link for solving stage 2's problem which is Scheduling.
