For those complaining about the way Unilorin chooses students based on Merit.
You complain mainly because you are not yet chosen. The fact is Unilorin is a school that has a lot of Prospective Candidates. Unilorin happens to be one of the schools which recieves the most application from Utme students every year due to our Reputation of not going on strike with other federal Universities. Last year, it was reported that over 100000 students chose Unilorin as their Choice of Institution in Utme and the school can only admit about 7000 students at a time. So tell me, when over 50k students wrote the Post Utme and about 20k passed with merit, how do you expect all of you to be admitted??
Now if you're lucky to be among those admitted- congrats. But if you're not yet admitted, be patient for the Supplementary list which is not yet out to be out. And if after then you're still not admitted, don't think it's because the school is a bad school or take it to mean that there's cheating in the choosing of Students, it's just that the school can't accept everyone. Next time you're choosing the school, try and go for the low volume courses and not competitive ones like medicine, law, Engineering, Accounting and the rest.
